This goes way beyond helping people look their best they ever have, that’s a given, this also covers performance, mindset, and motivation. All her classes, programs and concepts are focused on helping people reach in and pull out their inner potential of a mind-body connection.
Aside from group classes, she is actively involved in developing and supporting community initiatives throughout Montreal, keeping them active and moving. She fosters a community based on UNITY, EQUALITY and TOGETHERNESS.
With over 10 years of experience, Tania has been featured as a guest instructor in multiple countries across the Caribbean and Europe and continues to reach people across Canada and US through virtual classes and programs.
