Each day has a new workout for you, from Cardio and Abs, to lower body strength and even a soothing stretching flow. Created to help ease you into fitness so that you don't go overboard and quit (again). Simply follow along daily for a dose of motivation and FINALLY stick to your resolutions this year. CLASSES INCLUDED: Total Body Tabata Mobility Soothing Flexibility Upper Body Strength Lower Body Strength + built in rest days to recover and feel replenished and ready! It's easy to follow and comprised of movements that anyone can do. Proper integration into a fitness routine is the secret to sticking to it.
