SOKASWEAT

SOKASWEAT is an exciting full body aerobic workout that builds strength, improve motion and is perfect for all fitness levels! ​ It's fresh, interactive experience that uses a mix of Soca music and Afro Beats to BURN those calories and make you SWEAT! The best part of it all is that it doesn't even feel like exercise!

MOBILITY 

involves exercises and movements that strengthen and lengthen your body, allowing you to move freely and efficiently. Done right—and regularly—mobility training can increase your range of motion, relieve tight muscles, ensure good posture and proper athletic form, and even prevent injury.

ZUMBA

Zumba® is an interval-style dance fitness party that combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves. You'll burn lots of calories as you move to the rhythm with Latin-inspired dance moves. 

BOOTCAMP

Boot camp fitness classes are dynamic and intense group workouts that combine different styles of training, focusing on functional exercises. It's designed to provide a total body workout that challenges you both mentally and physically.

YOGA

Combining breathing practices, asanas, and mindfulness, this class helps to increase flexibility, strength, clarity, and balance. Seated, standing, and supine postures are utilized and often connected with breath to create a gentle flow in the practice.

LUNA HEELS 

Heels dance is a style of dance that is performed while wearing high-heeled shoes, typically stilettos. This style of dance is often characterized by sharp, precise movements and a focus on footwork and body control. Heels dance can be performed to a variety of music genres, including pop, hip-hop, and R&B
