A 3-week program designed for beginners, or anyone who took some time off from movement and the gym, guaranteed to get you moving and feeling confident.

You’ve wanted to start working out at home for a long time now, but there’s always something in your way.

  • You plan a workout, but you don’t want to spend too much time on it

  • You really want to work out regularly, but you aren’t motivated enough to exercise

  • You experience pain or have issues with hips or knees

IS THIS PROGRAM RIGHT FOR ME?

This program isn’t just for the true beginner who has never done a squat before. It’s also suitable for anyone who has taken a break or some time off from training.

 

How long has it been since you went to the gym or worked out regularly? Six months? A year? More? No problem. This program will get you integrated back into an active lifestyle in just 3 short weeks through live classes with me.

WHY IS THIS PROGRAM DIFFERENT?

The fitness industry has a huge gap in it. As you look around at your options, you will notice that it lacks true beginner workouts. This program helps bridge that gap and offers everyone an equal opportunity to feel confident and move.

STEP 1NE includes:

  • 3-weeks private group classes with a live instructor through a 2-way conversation.

  • 3 workouts per week 

  • Guidance and support throughout the program with Tania 

  • Classes that focus and promote learning proper form and technique

  • Motivation!

  • Post program videos sent directly to you so you can repeat as often as you like

At the end of the program you will notice a drastically improved understanding of basic movements, a developed sense of body awareness, and an appreciation of how much you CAN do. All this, and I will be with you from step one, and beyond.

Live interactive classes are held through zoom.

The classes are every Monday 6:45pm EST, and Saturday at 10:30am EST.
