DUALITY is a one-day dance workshop designed to let you experience two completely different styles—back to back—in one intentional flow.
The first hour is a Soca choreography workshop, focused on rhythm, energy, and movement that feels freeing and expressive. You’ll learn choreography step by step, connect to the music, and move your body with intention—no pressure to be perfect, just space to move and let go.
The second hour transitions into a Beginner Heels workshop, created for those who are new to heels or want to build confidence in them. This class focuses on foundations, posture, control, and simple choreography that helps you feel grounded, strong, and confident. Heels are encouraged, but modifications are always offered.
This workshop is about range. Fast and slow. Power and control. High energy and precision.
You don’t need prior dance experience—just an openness to try, move, and show up for yourself.
