Terms & Conditions

In order to benefit from all the benefits and complimentary services and products offered in this program, the participant (aka member, community) must follow conditions of participation listed below.

These are the terms (the “Agreement”) governing your participation in the SHINE PROJECT, organized by taniaparis.com.

 

By registering for the SHINE PROJECT you agree to these terms. If you are registering on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure the person participating is aware of these terms and accepts them. By completing the registration on behalf of another individual you are warranting that you have made the participant aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.

1. ATTENDANCE
In order to be fair to all sponsors, donors, volunteers and staff, and all participants, we require an attendance of 3 out of the 4 classes per week to be eligible for the free services, free products, gifts, and free food baskets.

Every participant will be granted 'absence' passes each month. 

​

If you do not attend the 3 classes per week, you can still benefit from all the free classes throughout the project. Same applies to the community meetups.

2. IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION.
By registering for the SHINE project, you accept these terms and conditions and you give full rights to taniaparis.com and all its affiliates to review your identification information including but not limited to your name, address, email addresses, phone numbers. Our team works together and in order to ship products or other complimentary packages, we must be able to facilitate the logistics.

3. EXCLUSION. 
Taniaparis.com has the right to refuse the registration of a participant that, in taniaparis.com's opinion, does not correspond to the format and concept.

4. CONCLUDING PROVISIONS.
Taniaparis.com reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use the films, audio recordings and/or photographs from all events within the SHINE project classes, community meetups and offered services, in any media without first obtaining the consent of the participants and without making any payment whatsoever for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes.  Any participant attending the SHINE Project waives their intellectual property rights to any photographs taken and/or published in a manner described here.

Taniaparis.com and its affiliates reserves the right to change any of its General Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice.
