Coaching Services – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview
​
These Terms & Conditions govern all coaching services provided by Tania Paris (“Coach,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or participating in any coaching program, you (“Client”) agree to the terms outlined below.
​
Coaching services are educational and supportive in nature and are not medical, nutritional, physiotherapy, or psychological treatment.
​
2. Coaching Programs & Scope
​
a) Monthly Fee: The monthly fee may vary depending on the coaching agreement, program structure, service level, and inclusions selected by the Client. Pricing will be clearly communicated prior to enrolment and payment is required to book any 1:1 sessions, trainings (in person or virtually).
​
All fees are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated, and do not include applicable taxes.
​
b) Weight Loss Coaching
Weight loss programs may include:

A structured fitness plan
-
Nutritional guidance (non-medical)
-
A monthly evaluation and progress review - BF%
-
Accountability support within agreed communication parameters
Monthly evaluations are conducted to assess progress, adjust strategy, and review goals.

c) Fitness Coaching
​
Fitness coaching programs may include:

Personalized training programs
-
Exercise demonstrations or technique guidance

Goal setting and performance tracking
-
Periodic program updates
-
Limited support via agreed communication channels
Specific inclusions will be outlined in the Client’s coaching agreement, provided based on agreement scope.

3. Communication & Support
​
Coaching support is provided within defined days/hours and through designated communication platforms. Response times and frequency of communication is typically 7 days a week, but can vary.
​
4. Payment Terms and coaching program duration
​

Payment is due in advance of the coaching period unless otherwise agreed and is paid monthly via our FLIIP app.

Late or missed payments may result in paused services.

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

This is a 4 month term, but can be extended at the client's request.
By purchasing coaching services, the Client agrees to the payment terms.

5. Client Responsibility
​
The Client acknowledges that:

Results are not guaranteed.
-
Progress depends on personal effort, consistency, and adherence.
-
The Client is responsible for consulting a physician before beginning any fitness or weight loss program.
Participation is voluntary and at the Client’s own risk.
6. Medical Disclaimer
​
Coaching services do not replace medical advice. The Coach does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Clients should seek appropriate medical guidance before making changes to exercise or nutrition.
7. Intellectual Property
​
All programs, materials, plans, videos, and resources provided remain the intellectual property of Tania Paris. Materials may not be reproduced, shared, distributed, or resold without written consent.
8. Termination
​
The Coach reserves the right to terminate services if:

Payment obligations are not met
-
Communication becomes inappropriate or abusive

Terms & Conditions are violated
The Client may discontinue services at any time; however, fees remain non-refundable unless otherwise agreed for the entire 4 month term.
9. Modifications
​
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in coaching services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

Motion Matrix – Terms & Conditions
​
1. Overview
​
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Motion Matrix Program (“Program”) provided by Tania Paris (“Coach,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
​
By enrolling in the Program, you (“Client,” “Participant,” or “User”) agree to the terms outlined below.
Motion Matrix is a self-paced online mobility program designed for educational and fitness purposes. It is not medical treatment, physiotherapy, or rehabilitation services.
​
2. Program Structure
​
Motion Matrix is delivered as a structured, self-paced online program that includes:

3 MOBILITY Sessions (A-B-C)
-
Instructional guides and educational resources
-
Demonstration videos
-
Progression frameworks
-
Limited 1:1 meetings at designated stages of the Program
Participants are responsible for following the Program structure in order and completing each phase as designed.
3. 1:1 Meetings

Certain stages of the Program include access to scheduled 1:1 meetings.
It is the Client’s responsibility to:

Book eligible sessions through the designated communication or scheduling channels outlined within the Program
-
Schedule sessions within the time window specified
-
Attend sessions at the confirmed time
Unbooked sessions within the eligible timeframe may be forfeited. Missed sessions without adequate notice may not be rescheduled.
1:1 access does not constitute ongoing unlimited coaching support unless explicitly stated.
4. Self-Paced Responsibility

Motion Matrix is self-directed. The Client acknowledges that:

Progress depends on personal consistency and implementation
-
The Coach is not responsible for lack of results due to incomplete participation
-
The Client is responsible for determining appropriate pacing within the framework provided
5. Payment & Access
​
Program fees are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed prior to receiving access.
-
Access details are provided upon confirmed payment.
-
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or stated in writing.
Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
6. Health & Medical Disclaimer

The Program is intended for general mobility and fitness education. It does not replace medical advice, physiotherapy, or treatment.
By participating, you confirm that:

You are physically capable of engaging in exercise

You have consulted a medical professional where necessary
-
You assume full responsibility for your participation
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
7. Intellectual Property
​
All Program materials — including videos, guides, frameworks, documents, branding, and educational content — remain the intellectual property of Tania Paris.
Content may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
8. Code of Conduct
​
Participants agree to engage respectfully within any community spaces or communication channels associated with the Program.
The Coach reserves the right to revoke access without refund if conduct is inappropriate, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
9. Modifications
​
We reserve the right to update or modify Program content and these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
