Hi, I'm Tania, your new Mobility coach. I understand the challenges women face when it comes to mobility and just having confidence in the day-today fitness world. Through my own journey, I've created a program that has helped many women reclaim their body. I've understood and helped people build vitality and longevity through precision, not ego. No trends.
