How It Works

Step 2: Complete Weekly Workouts

Schedule 3 private 1:1 sessions for guidance and progress review.

Meet Your Coach

Hi, I'm Tania, your new Mobility coach. I understand the challenges women face when it comes to mobility and just having confidence in the day-today fitness world. Through my own journey, I've created a program that has helped many women reclaim their body.  I've understood and helped people build vitality and longevity through precision, not ego. No trends. No fluff. Just what works for life, with honesty, passion, and compassion.
