With consistent stretching and the right mentality, it is possible to master front splits! Others may need additional time of consistent stretching to reach the floor, but the goal is to increase your flexibility and your mobility so that you can feel better in your body.

If you're aiming to achieve the splits in just one month, it's important to incorporate a daily stretching routine for at least a minimum of 10 minutes. It's definitely a doable goal and of course, I'm here to encourage you and support you throughout the journey. So get ready to be excited because….we're in this TOGETHER!

It is done at home, with one in-studio class per week. It is not mandatory to come in except for that first initial class. After that, you have the option to do the weekly meetup by zoom.
