About the event

FREE for the community all summer long!! Eevry participant requires a ticket due to limited spacing - Every other week, just join us outside in LARGER numbers! 

  • Monday, July 10that 7pm at Prestige Fitness Gym in Lasalle 
  • Class is INDOORS - Just let the recpetion know you're here for SOKASWEAT
  • Entry to the studio begins at 6:50pm. Please remain in the reception area until its time to avoid blocking poeple who are working out in the gym.
  • SOKASWEAT Rags and Tees will be available in the reception for purchase. CARDS Only (no cash, no e-transfer, no exceptions)
