About the event

FREE for the community all summer long!! Only this first class will require a free ticket. Every other week, just join us! 

  • First class is on Monday, June 20th at 7pm at Prestige Fitness Gym in Lasalle 
  • Class is OUTDOORS in the closed off parking lot BEHIND the gym (Follow the signs) 
  • Healthy Happy hour starts at 6PM 
  • Class assistants for better visual presentation
