KEEP IT SIMPLE WITH THESE LOWER BODY STRETCHES

Start improving your flexibility today with the help of this lower body stretching routine. Add these leg, hip, and glute stretches at the end of your workout routine to reduce the risk of injuries, relax the muscles, and improve joint range of motion.

This set of lower body stretches is guaranteed to leave your inner thighs, hamstrings, and glutes feeling amazing. And the perks don't end there - your lower back will also be grateful for the relief from stiffness that these stretches provide!

If you need some extra love and support, don't be shy - grab some blocks and a towel to assist you. Hold each pose for 30-60 seconds.

And for all you beginners out there, no worries – you can keep it simple by sticking to the first position of each focused stretch. This can help you gradually ease into the stretch without feeling overwhelmed or uncomfortable. Give it a try and see if it works for you!
