Post Workout Recovery Bites

Makes 20 bites

  • 2 cups old-fashion rolled oats

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 scoop plant-based or whey protein powder. To see which protein I use, click here.

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Then, use your hands to roll the mixture into 20 tablespoon-size balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
